We recently rebranded our online e-commerce website to Intelligent Wholesale to better represent the wide range of standard off-the-shelf products we now supply to B2B customers, most of which are not vending machine related.
The Intelligent Vending technology website (www.intelligentvending.co.uk/technology) now focuses on our specialist technology solutions for automatic retail, commercial and industrial applications. This website provides much greater details for clients regarding its proprietary software & electronics platform, and the end to end hardware solutions our company provides to the unattended, automation and kiosk sectors.

Our aim with Intelligent Wholesale is to make buying from our website a positive experience for businesses. We want to establish long term relationships with our clients and customers, and we have found that the best way of achieving this is to provide consistently good value in terms of competitive prices and the quality of the products we sell.
Please note that in order to better focus on our business customers we no longer supply to personal consumers. Consequently, all trade is business to business only.
We try to ensure where possible that all information we provide is both clear and straightforward for those enquiring, and also that it provides sufficient technical detail on products to support commercial buying decisions. The intention behind the website, and its design, is to allow customers full control over the buying process from selection of product through to purchasing. Providing full details about each product (including brochures and other material to download on each individual product page) enables customers to make informed decisions about what product best meets their needs and budget. Our main office opening hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm UK time (working days: Monday to Friday). We encourage clients to email where possible and to outline their requirements in as much detail as possible. This enables us to route the query through to the correct department for follow up. For standard wholesale products, if a product price is not stated online, we aim to respond to any telephone messages no later than the next working day. However, for non-standard or tailored solutions, the best way to contact us is via email. Please ensure as much detail as possible regarding specific requirements as this will enable us to feedback more effectively and speedily. Please also be aware that although we aim to get back to you as soon as possible, it may take a few days if a customised or bespoke solution is required. This is because the enquiry will be passed to the most relevant person in the project team for follow up. Depending on the nature of the enquiry or its complexity, we may want to discuss options internally before getting back to you.
If customers experience any difficulties throughout the process, or are dissatisfied in any way, we would be pleased to hear as soon as possible. Obviously, we want to put things right, but we also want to use customer feedback to improve our services more generally.
