Product Warranty
Vending machines sold by Intelligent Vending have different warranties according to the manufacturer concerned. The warranty offered with the purchase will be that of the manufacturer. Details of the relevant warranty that applies for each product are available throughout the web site, and can be found on the appropriate product pages.
Personal customers purchasing from this site should note that warranty arrangements for commercial goods tend to differ from those relating to trade/business purchases. In the latter, warranty normally covers parts only, not labour. Unless specified otherwise therefore in relation to the specific product, personal customers using this site will be charged for the labour element of any repair work that is required during the warranty period.
Customers can protect against repair costs by taking out a maintenance agreement for a period of up to five years. Information regarding maintenance is covered in the next section.
Maintenance Cover
If a maintenance agreement is available for a specific vending machine there will be a link providing this information at the bottom of the relevant product page. The link will identify costs involved in taking up the maintenance option for that machine, up to five years cover. After that, maintenance cover may still be available subject to an assessment of the condition of the machine by our engineer.
Maintenance agreements are not obligatory for our machines but provide peace of mind for operators. Intelligent Vending has access to a UK wide maintenance network that enables a speedy response if machines fail or require attention.
If machines not subject to a maintenance agreement breakdown, we can still arrange an engineer visit, which will be subject to call-out fees charged to the customer.
