Tracking an Order
Status information regarding orders that have been placed can be viewed by selecting 'View My Orders' on the Account page. This is accessible once an account has been registered by using this link:

The order and payment status information changes throughout the process until orders are dispatched and fully paid for, though it does not provide live delivery tracking information. For more specific tracking information relating to shipment of an order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Possible Order Status Options:
- Preparing Shipment
- Part Shipped (used for multiple consignments or for when orders have been part shipped due to a back order)
- Order Shipped
- Cancelled
Possible Payment Status Options:
- Unpaid
- Authorising
- Partially Authorised - this is used if the card does not authorise for the full order total, or if the AVS/CVV is not fully valid
- Authorised
- Charging
- Paid
- Declined
- Cancelled
