Changing an Order
If you wish to change any aspect of an order once it has been placed, please let us know as soon as possible, either by telephone or email. We will be happy to make any changes required to your order so long as we are notified before any actual costs are incurred by the company (e.g. bespoke modifications have already been made to goods to meet the order, or goods have already been despatched and delivery is underway). If direct costs have been incurred under these circumstances, these will need to be charged to and paid for by the client (except for account customers) before we can change the order. However, if we are able to make the necessary changes before any costs have been incurred, we are happy to make changes to an order free of charge.
