If there is any aspect of our service that you're not satisfied with, or if there is a concern/complaint you have not been able to resolve, please let us know, either by telephone or email. All serious complaints are dealt with at Director level, so you can be assured that any matter will receive serious consideration from the company.
Our reputation is very important to us, and we are very proud of the the number of repeat customers we have. However, we're always looking to improve and consider all feedback provided.
