Not Required: The machine will be supplied to a pre-configured and approved Intelligent Vending standard snack only, snack & drinks only, or snack & drinks & food specification. A range of generic options are available. This specification is based on standard sized products from leading brands that are used regularly in vending machines.
Entry Package Required: The machine will be supplied based on a standard configuration as above, but this package includes some additional testing and re-work of certain selections based the clients request to dispense some unusual / non-standard items, or those that have not previously been vended by Intelligent Vending. Sample products must be provided by the client. This package includes two hours of Intelligent Vending staff time including the testing and approval of each product and the production of a bill of materials planogram layout and visual representation of the internal cabinet for sign off by the client. The machine will then be supplied to the desired planogram layout. This is a one off charge for the first machine built using the bespoke planogram template only. Additional machines would not incur this charge. However, there may be an uplift to the machine unit price if higher value, non-standard, or custom dispense aid parts have been required to deliver the desired output for the modified vending machine selections.
Fully Bespoke: This option is for clients who require a turnkey solution tailored to a new range of products that are not usually sold via vending machines (i.e. retail, non-standard etc), or where all of the products have not previously been vended & approved by Intelligent Vending. For initial testing and approval the client will need to provide sample products. Intelligent Vending specialists will then physically test each item in a machine and provide feedback. This includes recommendations regarding alternative product sourcing or re-packaging advice where appropriate for products that are not suited for vending. A planogram configuration will then be provided to the client ensuring minimal wastage of space within the machine and optimal merchandising. This package includes one day of Intelligent Vending staff time including testing and approval of each product and the production of a bill of materials planogram layout and visual representation of the internal cabinet for sign off by the client. The machine will then be supplied to the desired planogram layout. This is a one off charge for the first machine built using the bespoke planogram template only. Additional machines would not incur this charge. However, there may be an uplift to the machine unit price if higher value, non-standard, or custom dispense aid parts have been required to deliver the desired output.
E-Labelling Upgrade
Not Required: The vending machine(s) will be supplied with standard shelves. Selection number and price label stickers will need to be applied.
E-Labelling Upgrade: The vending machine(s) shelves will be upgraded to include e-labelling. This electronic labelling feature is fitted to the shelf fascia and provides digital information to the consumer regarding selection numbers, pricing and product names. No physical labels need manually adding to the vending machine(s) and all display information is managed at a software level.
Installation & Training
Not Required: If you opt out of installation & training, the machine will include straightforward delivery to site only. Commissioning will therefore be the responsibility of the client via their own staff or engineers. This option is preferred by clients with their own technical staff or previous experience of operating vending machines.
Telephone Support Required: In-house installation by client staff but with remote telephone assistance by a member of the Intelligent Vending team. A time slot must be booked in advance for this option and we will call the client to guide them through setup. Calls are capped at 45 minutes. All products to stock the machine and the necessary float to fill the coin mechanism (i.e. if a coin payment system has been specified) must be available for the session. Remote support is only available for clients with a good technical ability and they must have access to basic tools. This is a good option for customers with hands on technical staff but where they may not have previous experience of vending equipment.
Engineer Visit Required: This option includes installation & training. An engineer will attend site the day after the delivery to complete setup & commissioning of the equipment and provide training for day to day management.
Not Required: If you opt out of maintenance support the machine will be provided with a manufacturer's parts only warranty. This excludes any site visits by engineers due to machine faults even on newly purchased equipment. If engineer call-outs are required they would be charged on an ad-hoc basis (i.e. call out and then time on site). We strongly advise all non-trade or non-technically minded / hands-on clients to take out this cover for peace of mind. Terms would be as per our standard T&Cs which are available on request.
1 Year Agreement: This includes 12 months cover for parts & labour including all call outs. However, it does not include visits where vandalism, misuse (including operator errors) and inadequate cleaning or day to day care has taken place. This option is strongly advised for all non-trade clients. Terms available on request.
Payment Systems
Not Required: The machine will supplied without any payment peripherals fitted and will be setup on free vend.
Coin Only: The machine is fitted with a new C2 Blue Currenza coin changer. The C2 Blue has 6 tubes, accepts coins and provides change to consumers.
Touch Credit/Debit Card Reader Only: The machine is fitted with a Nayax VPOS Touch credit/debit card reader. The Nayax unit includes contactless and chip insert acceptance. Please note that the price quoted includes the hardware and fitting costs only. There is also a bank transfer fee of 2.95% for all transactions and an on-going monthly fee of GBP 10 + VAT. For new customers, there is also a GBP 45 account setup charge.
Coin & Note: The machine is fitted with a new C2 Blue Currenza coin changer and a new GBA ST1 note reader (300 stacker capacity). This option caters for clients wishing to vend higher value products where coin and notes are accepted by the machine and a change facility is required (coins out only).
Coin & Touch Credit/Debit Card Reader: The machine is fitted with a new C2 Blue Currenza coin changer and a Nayax VPOS Touch credit/debit card reader. The Nayax unit includes contactless and chip insert acceptance. Please note that the price quoted includes the hardware and fitting costs only. There is also a bank transfer fee of 2.95% for all transactions and an on-going monthly fee of GBP 10 + VAT. For new customers, there is also a GBP 45 account setup charge.
Secure Mounting Kits (Wall & Ground)
Not Required: The vending machine(s) will be supplied without any mounting kits.
Wall Mounting Brackets Only: The vending machine(s) will be supplied with wall mounting brackets. These are fitted to the machine and secured to the wall to restrict rocking and tilting of the machine(s). No fixings are included as these are specific to the installation environment. Suitable fixings should be sourced directly by the customer following their site survey. Installation of these brackets will need to be carried out by the client or their subcontractor. This is not included as part of the installation or maintenance using Intelligent Vending engineers.
Floor Mounting Brackets Only: The vending machine(s) will be supplied with floor mounting brackets. These are fitted to the machine and bolted into the floor to restrict rocking and tilting of the machine(s). Floor mounting kits are best suited for installation locations where there is a solid floor or concrete plinth. No fixings are included as these are specific to the installation environment. Suitable fixings should be sourced directly by the customer following their site survey. Installation of these brackets will need to be carried out by the client or their subcontractor. This is not included as part of the installation or maintenance using Intelligent Vending engineers.
Wall & Floor Mounting Brackets Only: The vending machine(s) will be supplied with both wall & floor mounting brackets. This is a belt and braces approach to restrict rocking and tilting of the machine(s). No fixings are included as these are specific to the installation environment. Suitable fixings should be sourced directly by the customer following their site survey. Installation of these brackets will need to be carried out by the client or their subcontractor. This is not included as part of the installation or maintenance using Intelligent Vending engineers.
Vinyl Branding
Not Required: The machine will be supplied excluding any vinyl branding as per standard machine specification from the factory.
Base Package: This includes templated (i.e. pre-cut to panel sizes) printed graphics for the front and both sides of the machine using the highest quality 3M vinyl material or comparable leading industry products. All application is via a leading authorised 3M wrapping specialist in the UK. This option does not include any design input from Intelligent Vending or our preferred design agency. Any graphic design required would be charged additionally. We are happy to provide machine templates for your designers.
High-End Package: This includes a full wrap of the machine including the front, both sides, top and glass vinyl print using the highest quality 3M material or comparable leading industry products. Textured finish options are also available. All application is via a leading authorised 3M wrapping specialist in the UK. High-End & Design Package: This is our premium package which includes graphic design services. A brief must be provided by the client in terms of desired look and feel along with any digital assets in vector format for artwork creation (i.e. logos, brand guidelines documentation etc). Full wrap based designs will be created for the front, both sides, top, glass of the machine. Once the artwork has been signed off by the client we will go to print using only the highest quality 3M material or comparable leading industry products. Textured finish and overlay options are also available. All application is via a leading authorised 3M wrapping specialist in the UK.

A spacious and brightly illuminated showcase enhances the product display and the overall machine aesthetics is based on the well known and loved Design Line styling. The EV8 Evolution snacks vending machine is the medium sized model in the range and suitable for merchandising snacks, drinks, food or retail products with an internal temperature range of 2 - 18°C. It also includes health switch control for perishable or temperature sensitive items. This vending machine is produced by SandenVendo who are a leading Japanese vending machine manufacturer.
The new G-Snack Evolution vending machine includes an elevator dispense system as standard and has a capacious motorised central delivery eyelet, providing an ergonomic, attractive and intelligent design. The central delivery port avoids the need for consumers to bend down to receive their items from the lower bin area as with most standard systems on the market.
The EV8 Evolution combi vending machine is supplied as standard from our website as a spiral only model using the unique and highly flexible SandenVendo clip and ratchet system. The EV8 also has modular dispense flexibility and can be upgraded and fitted with pusher and/or conveyor dispense systems at an additional cost. A mix of spiral, pusher and conveyor dispense systems can all be fitted to the same machine. This is a new and great feature for clients with more demanding product requirements, especially for retail applications where product flexibility and adjustability are key factors for consideration when selecting an automated retail hardware solution. These planogram configurations are more specialist, so please ask us for further information and a member of our team will be pleased to assist you. The EV8 vending machine has been updated for 2022 to include the latest state-of-the-art hydrocarbon R290 environmentally friendly chiller unit. The non-toxic hydrocarbons are an eco-friendly alternative to the CFC/HCFC/HFC fluorocarbons which contribute to ozone damage.

The G-Snack Evolution EV8 Evolution vending machines from SandenVendo are extremely capable and versatile. The Design Line styling also adds to aesthetics and includes a smoked polycarbonate control panel fascia. With an integral speedy elevator system this ensures products are delivered safely and reliably while also allowing fragile or delicate items to be stocked at any height. Pusher and conveyor dispense systems can also be included at an additional cost for more challenging product vending requirements.
An innovative capacitive keypad with back lit numerals provide high visibility in light and dark places. New user friendly features offer a large display in blue characters with a new easy door latching system. New software features of shelf detection and secure vending system make the vending machine complete.
Increasing reliability further, this snack vending machine is supplied as standard with optical sensors which are triggered when a product breaks an invisible beam. If the beam is not broken, the snack machine will try again; ensuring a successful vend. Pusher and conveyor dispense systems can also be included at an additional cost for more challenging product vending requirements.
The EV8 Evolution snack and food vending machine is the smallest model in the G-Snack range. As standard this machine is supplied with 6 shelves fitted. Each shelf includes 8 single motor selections providing a maximum total of 48 selections. For clients with smaller height products who require increased capacity, an additional shelf can be added to the machine to increase the maximum total of selections to 56. Motor selections can also be paired and dual driven to suit wider products.
As a snack only vending machine, the standard configuration is usually three rows of chocolate bars at the bottom and three rows of crisps or bagged sweets at the top. Alternatively, as a combination vending machine, the planogram is usually configured with one row (bottom) for 500ml PET bottles, one row (second shelf) for 330ml or 250ml cans, two rows for chocolate bars, and two rows (top two shelves) for crisps or bagged sweets. Customisable planograms can be also be provided and there is provision for non-food/drink related setups for retail products.
The temperature is controlled thermostatically, with a range of 2 - 18°C. The G-Snack also features a safety health control which prevents sales, should the machine remain above the allowed temperature for over 30 minutes.

Some clients prefer to finance their equipment via fixed term lease rental agreements rather than outright purchase.
Intelligent Vending offers finance via leading specialists in the UK. The finance companies we use provide a client tailored service and excellent rates for low risk and well established companies. Any rates and terms for the lease rental agreements are negotiated directly with the finance company in the strictest confidence and a number of possible funders are considered to ensure best possible rates. Both Intelligent Vending and the finance companies we use are governed by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Unlike many suppliers in our industry, we have a policy where ‘our clients’ are offered first refusal for the title of the equipment at the end of their lease rental term. If the client wishes to obtain the title, a settlement value is agreed with the finance company and they are invoiced directly by them.
A point to remember with lease rental is that the finance agreement is only available for equipment elements. Any service/labour (i.e. such as maintenance contracts), branding and bespoke developments are excluded and these would be invoiced separately.

Our clients are offered first refusal to obtain ownership (i.e. title) of the equipment at the end of the lease term, providing that all terms and conditions have been met throughout the agreement.
The cost for acquiring title typically equates to circa one to two additional months payment based on total equipment value, although this varies and is subject to terms as levied by the specific finance provider used for the agreement.
