The following is a breakdown of our typical vending machine maintenance contract packages. Clients opting for maintenance contracts receive priority engineer response times.
Full maintenance cover options as as follows:
- Machine callout: included as part of the maintenance contract
- Time on-site: included as part of the maintenance contract
- Parts: included as part of the maintenance contract
- Completion of a site survey only: charged separately on a per machine basis (see ad-hoc pay-as-you-go service options if applicable
