Whatever the choice of maintenance package, our customers can expect to receive great value for money backed by high quality service and expertise provided by our knowledgeable and friendly technical support team.
Basic ad-hoc pay-as-you-go maintenance cover options as as follows:
- Installation and training only: charged at a flat-rate
- Machine callout only: charged per call-out (including the first 15 minutes on-site)
- Time on-site: charge for subsequent 15 minutes on-site thereafter
- Completion of a site survey only: charged on a per machine basis
- Parts: charged at RRP
