Maintenance & Servicing
Intelligent Vending Ltd offer a comprehensive range of maintenance services for most of our vending machines to UK mainland clients: from basic pay-as-you-go type packages to full cover including training. Our reason for not offering maintenance on a few of our basic vending machines is down to their simplicity and ease of operation and installation. In these cases, any maintenance packages would not be cost effective as basic training and troubleshooting can be taken care of via telephone or email communications.
For our international customers, there are a few different options. If you happen to be in an area we cannot cover, we may still be able to provide assistance due to our extensive global network of vending contacts. Additionally, we can offer training sessions in the UK if required, or even arrange a remote location visit from an engineer (this is usually only applicable on large orders); this means your local engineers can then receive first-hand, on-site training.
We have a policy to try and attend to any machine faults within 24 hours for most models of vending machine - or sooner should an emergency occur (excluding some regional locations plus weekends and UK statutory holidays).
With most new vending machine(s) purchases we will commission your machine(s) and provide installation and full staff training if opting for full maintenance cover. Machines will also be serviced and any labour and/or replacement parts required are free of charge (excluding damage caused by vandalism or misuse). Plus, we do not charge a callout fee for our engineers.
