Intelligent Vending Ltd prides itself on high quality and reliable customer service we provide to our vending machine customers. Our service is tailored to meet the particular needs of each customer, and provided by friendly and efficient staff; experienced in a wide range of vending machines.

Our main office opening hours are 9.00 - 5.00 (working days: Monday to Friday). However, all telephone calls will be answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bank Holidays via our call centre. We aim to respond to any unresolved telephone messages left with reception (outside main office hours), no later than the next working day.

As a client of Intelligent Vending Ltd, not only will all of our team be willing to offer help and support with any vending or service issues, you will additionally be assigned a dedicated account manager. Your account manager will be the first port of call for any urgent matters; available via their mobile telephone number outside our main office hours if required. As your account manager will be with you from the beginning, they will remain familiar with your situation and vending machine requirements.
