Our aim is to make buying from Intelligent Vending a positive experience. We want to establish long term relationships with our clients and customers, and the best way of achieving this is to provide consistently good value in terms of competitive prices and the quality of the products we sell.

Since we sell to both businesses and personal customers, we need to ensure that information on this site meets all requirements, by being both clear and straightforward, but also providing sufficient technical information to support commercial decisions. We hope we have been successful - but do tell us if we have not!

The intention behind the way the site is designed is to allow customers full control over the buying process from selection of product through to purchasing (or lease rental). Providing full details about each product, (including brochures and other material to download on each individual product page) enables customers to make informed decisions about what product best meets their needs and budget. Avoiding the need for customers to make telephone or other contact with our office enables us to keep prices low and streamlines the overall process. For more complex requirements, or large orders, our staff are here as normal to offer any support and advice that is needed.

Our main office opening hours are 9.00 - 5.00 (working days: Monday to Friday). However, for your convenience, and so we are responsive to the needs of overseas customers in different time zones, all telephone calls will be answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including Bank Holidays) via our UK call centre. The call centre is primarily a reception service and will be unable to provide product information, but it means customers always speak to a person rather than an answer machine, and it is the best means to ensure your query is routed to the right person as quickly as possible.

For standard wholesale products (i.e. where a product price is not stated online) we aim to respond to any unresolved telephone messages left with the call centre (outside main office hours) no later than the next working day. However, for non-standard or tailored solutions, the best way to contact us is via email. Please ensure you provide as much detail as possible regarding your specific requirements as this will enable us to feedback more effectively and efficiently. Please also be aware that although we aim to get back to you as soon as possible, it may take a few days if a customised or bespoke solution is required. This is because your enquiry will be passed to the relevant person in the project team for follow up. Also, depending on the nature of the enquiry, we may need to discuss options internally before getting back to you.

If you experience any difficulties throughout the process, or are dissatisfied in any way, please let us know as soon as possible. Obviously, we want to put things right for you, but we also want to improve our service to other customers wherever possible.
