Our Water Cooler Provision

Plumbed-in water coolers are progressively becoming a more essential part of the modern office environment. Increasingly businesses are realising that the capacity to offer clear, refreshing water on tap is a frequent expectation of both staff and customers; and that this requirement is important to meet.

All POU (Point of Use) water coolers can be supplied purchase only, or on a 3 year rental including installation, twice yearly sanitisation and support (e.g. filter changes).

Borg and Overström Water Coolers

This is the most popular water cooler in our range. The sleek and aesthetically pleasing Borg and Overström water cooler will enhance any office environment, and the quality and innovation of its design ensures strength and durability. Available in a choice of either; silver or graphite; floor standing or table top; cold and hot, or cold and ambient, there is something here to meet every need.

The simple elegance of the AA300X POU range makes these water coolers a popular choice. Designed for functionality and reliability these quiet machines are available with an anthracite or silver finish as either; floor standing or table top; cold and hot or cold and ambient.

Why Intelligent Vending Ltd only supply POU water coolers...

Intelligent Vending Ltd have made the decision to supply only plumbed-in "Point Of Use" (POU) water coolers.

This is, in part, due to the high quality of water readily available from the mains supply. In comparison, bottled water may have spent a significant portion of its two year shelf life in the warehouse, and actually has to meet fewer standards than those that regulate tap water in Europe and the US.

POU water coolers also cost considerably less money than bottled systems over time, whilst at the same time removing the inconvenience and necessity of having to lift heavy refill bottles.

Notably, there are also environmental concerns regarding bottled systems that, for Intelligent Vending Ltd, make POU water coolers by far the best option:
