Intelligent Vending Ltd's vending machine security enclosures are extremely safe and robust, and offer maximum security and peace of mind for sites where vandalism proves to be a serious problem. They have been designed to be installed either indoors or outdoors providing a high level of protection, perfect for busy public sites that require 24 hour access.
The enclosures are made from mild steel panels attached to a 50mm box section frame, all powder coated black (on large orders colours can be ordered to specification). There are three sides, a sloping roof and door sections. The door has a 50mm steel box section frame and a 5mm polycarbonate fascia. The fascia is then cut and de-burred to allow access to the vend port, coin port, coin entry, refund and product selection area. The enclosure is bolted down to a concrete plinth, anchored in each corner with 180mm rawl bolts. The vending machine then slides into the enclosure on rails.
Intelligent Vending Ltd also supply security fascias which use the same 5mm strong sheet of polycarbonate, but attach the sheet directly to the door of the vending machine using a unique aluminum extrusion. This system has been primarily designed to protect the glass on snack machines.
Intelligent Vending Ltd's security strap is constructed from a 50mm box section telescopic bar that is attached to one side of the vending machine by a hook, held in place using coach bolts, and an eye that allows a high security padlock to be attached. This is a great way to secure your machine at a great price. This package includes a highly secure padlock and fixings.
In locations where rocking and tilting of vending machines is a reoccurring problem, these anti-tilt wall brackets are usually the first preventative course of action. They are secured to the roof of the vending machine using coach bolts and secured to concrete or brick back wall using rawl bolts type fixings. This package includes two anti-tilt wall brackets and fixings.
Again, if rocking and tilting of your vending machines is an issue and a secure fixing cannot be gained due to studded, plasterboard or glass partitions etc, then this is the product for you. They are secured to the roof of the vending machine and the wall plate is then unscrewed to fit flush with the back wall. This package includes two adjustable wall brackets and fixings.
Intelligent Vending Ltd also supply replacement machine feet which allow the machine to be bolted down to any solid surface. This package includes 4 bolt down feet and fixings.
The Custodian cash bag offers a tamper evident solution to counter-act operator pilfering and also increases efficiency and ease of cash collecting. The cash bag is fitted to the machine by its own unique funnel bracket. When the operator visits the machine to collect cash, the cash bag is taken from the machine. Once withdrawn from the machine the bag automatically locks until taken for cash counting. This guarantees that all of the money deposited into the vending machine is safe and secure until it is returned for cash counting.
This cash bag can be supplied in various sizes and shapes. The 600 denier cloth is PVC lined and strong and durable. The lid of the bag is retained using a lock with a unique code specifically set for each client.
The mounting bracket is easily fitted to the machine and replaces the existing cash box area. When placing your order you will need to specify the exact make and model of machine so that the correct bracket can be supplied.
