Mid-Range PPE Solution
While our mid-range PPE vending machine solution does not offer the same level of remote back office functionality as our top-end PPE vending solution, it's extremely popular for sites where limited budget is available. Numerous features are on-hand and the system provides an extremely effective and reliable solution for monitoring PPE usage and cutting out the potential for pilfering of PPE items within the workforce.
This PPE vending solution requires a member of staff (usually the manager) to visit each vending machine individually to poll information, it does not report remotely to the back office PC as with our top-end PPE solution. Once the data has been manually polled, it is then taken back to the main office PC and uploaded via an audit key, clip reader and manager software.
When using this clip system, a different price is assigned to each product type in the machine. A table in the reader then cross references these prices to each product. Members of staff are then assigned a user key with unlimited credit (i.e. unlimited vends) and each key is assigned three data fields, one including their first name, one including their surname, and one other data field which can be defined by our clients (i.e. specific to individual company needs).
The clip system can then provide a log output file to show the date & time each product was vended, with a product name, and information on who took the product.
The full clip manager software is then supplied to the site so they can add new keys, black list keys and take audits etc. All audit data is retrieved using a clip audit key which must be inserted into the machine reader to download the data.
