Intelligent Vending Ltd supply a wide range of payment systems and telemetry solutions for the vending machine and kiosk markets. Most common solutions include change giving coin mechanisms and baknote readers with stackers.
It is essential that machine payment system protocol is known prior to purchase to ensure the right systems are chosen and they will communicate with your machines. Our most widely supplied protocol systems are either Mulit-Drop Bus (MDB) or Dual Protocol (MDB and Executive) interfaces. We also supply systems with Universal Serial Bus (USB) interfaces for more sophisticated vending machines or kiosks (often PC based).

Intelligent Vending Ltd are also extremely experienced at sourcing or configuring payment systems for our global clients, so please let us know if a specific currency setup is required and we'll do our best to meet your requirements. We also supply telemetry solutions for vending machines, most commonly polled in EVA-DTS format from the DEX port which is available within the majority of our floor-standing vending machines. These systems remotely pull a wide range of data from the machines (including sales and audit information to name but a few fields available) and this functionality dramatically streamlines operations to ensure the most efficient operating model for our clients.
Telemetry is a specialised area, so please do not hesitate to contact us for further clarification and assistance. Some of our systems are even able to send SMS messages to engineers if a machine fault is found and therefore out of action. This minimises down time, ensures fastest possible response time for engineers and thus maximises your profits. Clearly it's very important to ensure your machines are fully operational and down time (no product sales) can be costly if not managed correctly. Effective route planning is an essential part to any successful vending business, and telemetry systems significantly maximise efficiency.
