The Fly-Shield one glue board fly killer uses a single 18 watt, energy saver lamp. This discreet unit is ideally suited for restaurants, coffee shops, sandwich bars and smaller food preparation areas.
In the past, the food industry almost exclusively used electric-grid fly killers. Now, with the latest glue board technology - such as used on the Fly-Shield one - this method offers clear advantages.
Advantages of fly killers using glue board entrapment systems include the elimination of annoying 'zap' sounds - and more importantly - no chance of contamination from exploded insect debris.
